Shaman
As a Shaman, Maureen’s ability lies in assisting you in recognizing and
eliminating the chaos, old traumas, emotions, and energies that have
become trapped within you.
This process allows you to uncover the healing wisdom you seek. Once
your energy field is cleansed, she can lead you to discover the hidden
insights and wisdom within yourself.

emotional, and mental well-being, as well as identifying events that
have profoundly impacted you.

Shaman Session
Our soul body feels emotions and holds onto wounded stories until
they are healed and released. The mind can create stories that
disempower or disengage a person from their own ability to
think, know or feel clearly.
Over the course of our lives, we add layers of story that further
separate us from true self. These stories are often based in
fear, grief, trauma, etc.
By seeing life from the perspective of the soul we can release those
layers to feel whole and empowered.
Living authentically opens doors to new possibilities in
all areas of our lives.
Shaman Sessions honor the dynamic relationship
between the soul and the psyche.
Intention Setting
Before each session begins you will be asked to set an intention based on what you wish to look at or heal. You will also select a stone that holds your intention throughout the session.
Soul Counseling
A process of looking at the wounds, affinities or stories that you are holding on to. By looking at these stories and seeing them from a new perspective, you can empower yourself to step out of judgment and old patterns, heal the wounds, release the affinities and begin to move forward.
Chakra Balancing
A gentle hands on technique that helps to open and improve the flow of life force energy thoughout your body, mind and soul.
Illumination
Shedding light on the wounds, affinities or stories that you are holding. By seeing deeply within yourself you can allow yourself to feel how this wound has been informing you, from this place you can choose how you wish to move forward.
Soul Retrieval/Journeying
Reconnecting with parts of your soul that were wounded during times of trauma, or grief. May involve self-guided journey or shaman journeying to retrieve soul parts. Reclaim your personal power by stepping out of fear. Learn how to set boundaries for yourself and the importance of self care and soul contracts.
Ancestral Healing
Recognize and heal ancestral patterns. Learn to release limiting beliefs, ancestral contracts or negative thought forms.
